Hi to all brides,
This is something new for me to blog about Designing wedding florals.
This pass weekend I had 3 beautiful wedding, each wedding had its own style,
My first wedding of the weekend was Ivory/Pinks/and Navy
The Bride carried an Vendella roses, White cymbidium orchids, white lisianthus and blush majolica spray roses, she liked a round bouquet with texture.
Her brides carried white cymbidium orchids with pink throat, pink majolica spray roses, and Sophie roses.
I love the spray roses, especially the majolica variety, they open quick and have a garden look to them. Her bouquets had different size flowers in it which also created that garden look.
My second bride had one of my favorite roses to work with, amnesia, it is great for blending with other colors, and it works well to give a vintage look,
The bride wanted a vintage look to her bouquet so we used the Sahara, and amnesia roses, white stephanotis and white cymbidiums orchid.
She was a very petite girl so we kept her bouquet petite also.
Her bridesmaid wore laptisus which is a purple tone eggplant, no violet to it.
They carried Picasso mini calla lilies, amnesia roses and purple hydrangeas.
Her arrangement at the church carried the colors but with a contempory style,
her church was very contempory, so it went with the decor,
The arrangements at the Lod cook venue were both in tall cylinders with theme floral draping from top, and low wreath style arrangement. The cylinder in the center of the wreath style arrangement were filled with led light and gel. as was the tall cylinder this give a candle light effect for venues that don't allow live flame in them.
The third wedding of the weekend was in Pinks, The bride carried polo roses, esperance roses,Sophie rose, green hydrangeas, queen Anna lace.
Her bridesmaid carried Sophie roses, green hydrangeas and queen Anna lace.
The polo and Esperance roses can be open up to give the look of a peony s.
